The Rolling Memorial is the brain child of John and Amy Holmgren of Shafer, MN (a small-town one hour NE of the Twin Cities near Taylors Falls).
The Pentagon announced the Iraq border is 90% under control.
Pretty good when you consider San Diego's border is 20% under control.
